About Hub & Son

Jeff-Owner 

Jeff has been a Tucson resident since 1975. He and Melissa were married in 1997 and have 5 children, who all help out with the business.  Most of his customers have been gained from personal referrals. Jeff has been landscaping for 18 years and has 24 years of experience in the retail home improvement industry. Jeff is a hands-on owner and supervises the crew on site. He has been the landscaper at St. Francis de Sales Parish for 18 years.

Melissa-Owner 

Melissa has been an owner at Hub and Son since it opened in 2000. Melissa has been involved in every aspect of the business, from office work to being out in the heat laying rock. Melissa has been a middle school english teacher in TUSD since 1998

Tim- Owner

Tim is 26 years old and has been working at Hub and Son since he was 13 years old. He moved to Colorado to pursue his dream of wildland firefighting for two years and rejoined the business, as an owner, in 2016. Tim is Jeff’s oldest son and will take over the growing business one day.

Jenn- Office Manager/ HR

Jenn is 29 years old, with two children, Isaac, 6 and Claire, 3. She moved back to Tucson from Colorado in 2018, to help out with the business and be closer to family. Jenn is Jeff’s oldest daughter.
